The service and this agreement
Aven provides personal career-document tools, job comparisons and application preparation. Your agreement is with Sarookh Technologies L.L.C-FZ, licensed by Meydan Free Zone under licence 2423989.01. These terms, the service description and the confirmed purchase details govern your use. The privacy notice explains personal-data processing; optional permissions are separate. Who may use Aven
You must be at least 18, legally able to enter this agreement and using your own account. Protect your sign-in details and provide accurate account information. Do not create an account for a child or upload a child’s data. Report unauthorized access or a child-safety concern to support@avencareer.com.
Your work and your decisions
You retain rights to the content you provide. You give us a limited permission to process it to deliver and secure the services you request, as explained in the privacy notice. This permission does not transfer ownership of your CV to Aven or authorize selling it. Only upload information you are entitled to use. Review suggested wording, facts, dates, numbers and exports before submitting them. Aven does not submit applications or contact employers on your behalf.
What the service can establish
AI can make mistakes. CV reviews, keyword suggestions and match scores are guidance based on available information; they do not guarantee acceptance by every applicant-tracking system, an interview or an offer. Check jobs, eligibility and instructions on the original posting. Aven is not an employer, recruitment agency, immigration adviser or legal adviser. Human expert review is not included in a pass and is not sold without a separate description of its provider, price, turnaround and remedies.
Free access and paid passes
Free access includes editing, basic text review and document exports. The introductory assisted allowance is 20 successful AI actions for one saved role over 14 days, plus two AI job searches, subject to availability and the displayed limits.
The Search pass costs USD 29 for 30 days and 30 application packets. The Extended pass costs USD 69 for 90 days and 90 application packets. Prices include applicable tax. These are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal. These are the base USD prices. Where available, Aven offers a converted price in your selected currency, which is also used at Stripe Checkout. The displayed quote is valid for 30 minutes; an expired quote must be refreshed before purchase. Stripe displays the currency and final total before you pay. Your bank may charge conversion or card fees. Payment methods and availability vary by location and provider eligibility.
A packet covers one saved role. Further refinements for the same role use the same packet while the pass is active. A failed generation does not consume an application allowance. Access begins when Aven verifies payment. Billing shows expiry, remaining allowances and order information. Existing documents remain editable and exportable after a pass expires. Save your receipt; contact billing if it is missing or incorrect.
Usage limits and service delivery
Writing assistance is limited to eight requests per minute and sixty per day; job discovery to six searches per day; voice transcription to fifteen recordings per day; and AI import organization to three requests per day. Pilot account and platform spending limits can pause assistance. These passes do not promise unlimited AI usage. The pricing page and workspace describe allowances and current availability.
Contact support if an outage, limit or technical failure prevents delivery of a paid service. We will investigate restoration, correction, an appropriate extension or refund according to the circumstances and your legal rights. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or complete job coverage. Third-party job pages and services have their own terms.
Refunds, explained
Request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if your paid pass is unused. Paid use begins when an AI request covered by your pass successfully completes, including job discovery or interview assistance. Free editing, free exports, account sign-in and failed requests do not count as paid use.
Duplicate charges, undelivered or defective service, and any applicable statutory cancellation or refund rights are handled separately. Using a pass does not remove those rights. Aven does not guarantee interviews or job offers.
Contact billing@avencareer.com from your account email with your order reference. We review payment and usage records before confirming a refund; never send card details.
Cancellation and mandatory consumer protection
The unused-pass policy is an additional commercial refund offer. It does not restrict a statutory cancellation period, a defective-service remedy or another non-waivable right in your country. If local law requires express consent to begin a digital service during a cancellation period, or a specific acknowledgment before a right is lost, merely creating an account or accepting these terms does not replace that requirement. We do not assume those rights are waived. Contact billing@avencareer.com with your order reference to exercise them.
Acceptable use and moderation
Do not impersonate someone, fabricate qualifications, submit unlawful or exploitative content, infringe another person’s rights, interfere with security, resell shared access or evade limits. Report unlawful content or harmful conduct to support. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, a legal requirement or a security problem. Where lawful and appropriate, we will explain the reason and let you contest a restriction through support. Payment and mandatory consumer rights remain available.
Changes and account closure
You can export your records and delete the workspace in Settings. Deletion is permanent for active workspace records and does not automatically initiate a refund. We may improve the service, but material changes affecting an existing paid pass require appropriate notice or a remedy. If a purchased service is discontinued before delivery, contact billing for the applicable remedy. A change to these terms does not retrospectively remove your accrued rights.
Complaints, liability and applicable law
For service complaints, email support@avencareer.com with a description and order reference where relevant. We aim to acknowledge within seven days and resolve or provide a substantive update within 30 days, subject to shorter legal deadlines. Do not send passwords or complete card details.
Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or other mandatory consumer protections. UAE law applies subject to mandatory protections in your country of residence. You retain any right to bring a claim before a court or regulator available under applicable law. We do not require binding arbitration. Contacting support does not prevent a complaint to the competent consumer authority or a claim within its legal time limit.
These terms and the privacy notice are available in English and Arabic. No language provision removes a right that applicable law makes mandatory. Contact us if wording appears inconsistent so we can clarify and correct it.
