The first successful assistance request for a saved job uses one application allowance. Further CV tailoring, letters and application answers for that same job stay within that same application during the pass. Failed generations release their reservation.
Writing assistance is rate-limited to eight requests per minute and sixty per day. Job discovery has a separate limit of six searches per day; voice transcription has a separate limit of fifteen recordings per day. The free trial includes 20 successful AI actions for one saved role over 14 days. Import organization allows three requests a day. Monthly fair-use and service-capacity limits also apply. If assistance becomes unavailable during an active pass, contact support; editing and downloads remain available. Failed operations do not consume application allowances.
You keep your career record, documents and history. Editing and exporting remain available. Assisted access ends at the stated expiry time, and Aven does not charge you again automatically.
Expert review is a separate service and is not included in these passes.
Request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if your paid pass is unused. Paid use begins when an AI request covered by your pass successfully completes, including job discovery or interview assistance. Free editing, free exports, account sign-in and failed requests do not count as paid use.
Duplicate charges, undelivered or defective service, and any applicable statutory cancellation or refund rights are handled separately. Using a pass does not remove those rights. Aven does not guarantee interviews or job offers.
