Improved customer retention.
Prepared account-review notes from usage reports and coordinated unresolved onboarding issues with support.
Why this reads more clearly
This fictional example names the action, context and scope. Use this structure only where it accurately describes your own work.
Gather your evidence
- Customer segment and product
- Accounts or process actually owned
- An escalation you handled
- Retention figures only when measured and attributable
Keep the scope honest
Do not claim renewal revenue you only influenced. Avoid identifiable customer usage or confidential account details.
Try it on your own experience
Choose one real example. Record the context, your action and the evidence. Write a concise bullet, then check that each claim can be supported.
Give the content a readable structure
Use a single readable column, clear dates and familiar headings. Give relevant qualifications and scope enough space; inspect the final exported document.
Compare your final wording with the actual posting. A detected keyword does not establish experience, and a missing phrase does not establish a skills gap. Review the PDF or Word file before submitting it.
