Why this reads more clearly
This fictional example makes the action and scope concrete without inventing metrics or responsibilities. Adapt its structure only when it reflects your own experience.
Gather your evidence
- Project type and phase
- Technical checks you performed
- Standards you actually applied
- Recorded delivery or safety outcomes
Keep the scope honest
State your discipline and approval authority precisely. Do not claim sign-off authority or chartership you do not hold.
Try it on your own experience
Choose one real example. Write the context, your contribution, the decision and the outcome. Remove any claim you cannot support.
Give the content a readable structure
Use clear headings, consistent dates and readable spacing. Keep the most relevant evidence near the beginning; check the exported pages before applying.
Compare your final wording with the actual posting. A detected keyword does not establish experience, and a missing phrase does not establish a skills gap. Review the PDF or Word file before submitting it.
